Ann Eichengreen Weisman wants everybody to know that this year will mark the 47th year of Wellington Old Glory Marching Society (WOOGMS) parades, started by her and her late husband, Al, and carried on by Ann, her husband Bob Szurgot, her son Tony and grandsons Adam and Michael. At 11 a.m. every Memorial Day and Labor Day, parents, children and the Jesse White Drummers and Tumblers march from Wellington and Pine Grove to St. Joseph Hospital to honor the importance of the day. 1954 who worked with him professionally were there to celebrate his outstanding work and national reputation in the field of cardiology. Our condolences to his wife and family, and to all of those who called Mort a friend. Steve Heineman writes: ���This past summer Carol Teuscher ���60 and I had a most pleasant visit with Alice Albright Arlen ���58 and her husband, Michael, at their summer home in Wyoming. We enjoyed catching up in person after 40 years while enjoying a beautiful view across the Wind River Valley.��� Lindsay Keep Batcheller writes: ���Greetings to 1954 classmates ��� big news from me: I remarried in 2006 and moved to Maryland���s Eastern Shore with my husband, Dave Batcheller. We are enjoying life in charming and quiet Chestertown, MD, pursuing serious interests in photography, gardening and boating.��� Leslie Van Vlack Waite passed away in March of 2010. We extend our condolences to her family and friends. 1955 William Schuyler passed away on May 30, 2010. Our condolences to his brother Peter ���58 and his sister Sybil Schuyler Bruel ���57, and to all his family and friends. 1956 Peter Burrows Diana Karasik Levin Anthony Hume writes: ���I���ve been traveling internationally. Last year I went to Dubai and Iran, both places interesting as places, but places I was glad to leave. This year I am going to Europe for a wedding and have rented a small apartment in Paris for 12 days. I intend to spend a lot of that time in the Louvre. After Paris I will be in southern France near Nice visiting friends. This year I���ve been to Las Vegas for a couple of days, and have two trips to Colorado on the books.��� 1958 Steve Heineman All the members of our class, as well as countless others whose life he touched, were shocked by the sad news of Mort Arnsdorf���s untimely death in June. A memorial service was held for him near his summer home in Beverly Shores, Indiana. It was well attended by Latin classmates as well as many others who remembered Mort���s congenial personality, intelligence and devilish sense of humor. Many Alice Albright Arlen ���58, Steven Heineman ���58 and Carol Teuscher ���60 catch up in Wyoming. William ���Billy��� Kearns was recently profiled in Staunton, VA���s The News Leader. The story covered his childhood and education, and careers in journalism, architecture, design and remodeling.
