Citadel Foundation Community Scholarship
The Citadel Foundation is pleased to provide scholarship funding for two high school students for the 2017-18 school
year. A not-for-profit organization, the foundation was established by Citadel in 1991 to support programs that
improve education, healthcare and the arts. We strive to have a positive impact in the communities in which we live
and work by empowering individuals to affect profound change.
We believe that today's leaders must have the solid underpinnings of a strong, broad education. We support the
Community Scholars program because it provides talented young people with the educational opportunities that will
propel them to leadership roles in their communities.
We applaud the mission of the Community Scholars program and are glad to be providing scholarship opportunities at
one of the city's premier learning institutions.
