Beyond the Classroom
Students discover new passions, develop leadership
skills and build lasting friendships through athletics,
the arts, clubs, affinity groups and other co-curricular
opportunities.
In Action
More than 120 clubs and affinity groups provide
opportunities for students to pursue their interests,
take on leadership roles and connect with peers.
Athletics remain an important part of the student
experience throughout Latin, with opportunities
beginning in the Lower School and expanding to
more than 70 Middle and Upper School teams.
More than 80% of students in grades 3–12
participate in at least one sport.
Students have access to visual and performing arts
opportunities across the divisions, including 40 Middle
and Upper School performances and concerts each year.
Service and Leadership
Students foster lasting connections, develop empathy
and embrace civic leadership through service to
others and their communities.
In Action
Students begin serving their communities at an early age,
taking on greater leadership, initiative and responsibility as
they progress through Latin.
Upper School students completed more than 5,760
service hours during the 2025–26 school year.
Students launch nonprofits, lead service initiatives and
earn local and national recognition.
