Latin's Lower School students benefit
from a holistic approach to learning that
nurtures the whole child.
Their educational journey is rooted in research-
based practices and grounded in social-emotional
wellness, helping students develop the self-
awareness, self-management, social awareness
and problem-solving skills that are essential to
academic success. Throughout the Lower School,
students are given increasing opportunities to take
an active role in their learning, helping them gain
confidence, develop independence and begin
building the self-advocacy skills that prepare
them for Middle School and beyond.
