DEFINE & ELEVATE the role of co-curricular offerings to ensure thoughtful
program alignment, empower student exploration and personal growth, and
cultivate meaningful connections within the School and broader community.
CO-CURRICULARS
• Create a unified vision and framework that articulates
the core principles underpinning co-curricular programs
and their integral role in fostering student growth and
development, thereby ensuring effective implementation
and accountability.
• Articulate the rationale and progression for co-curricular
offerings—including arts, athletics, clubs, affinity groups,
service learning, and community engagement—to ensure
accessibility and sustainability.
• Increase the visibility of co-curricular offerings,
encourage broad participation, and highlight program
successes to recognize student achievements and
foster community engagement and school spirit.
• Establish consistent processes for collecting input
from students, faculty, and parents/guardians about
co-curricular programs and sharing relevant feedback to
inform decision-making and program improvement.
