• Deliver a personalized educational experience where
students can pursue their passions in an environment
that supports their unique needs and affirms their
capacities for success in order to ensure well-rounded,
self-aware, and resilient students.
• Articulate core JK-12 competencies that are aligned
with Portrait of a Latin Learner, ensuring students gain
the necessary skillsets and mindsets for lifelong learning.
• Establish a shared vision for JK-12 feedback and
align Lower, Middle, and Upper School assessment
practices to support student growth, enhance clarity in
communication, and identify trends across the School.
• Plan and implement a long-term, JK-12 curriculum
review process to ensure consistency and alignment
of the student academic experience.
• Equip and empower educators to become skilled
facilitators while creating spaces where students
and teachers engage in thoughtful, inquiry-based
conversations that deepen learning.
