Priorities
• Operationalize facilities plans that meet curricular and
co-curricular needs—including athletics, performing arts,
community, and learning spaces—in order to advance
programmatic excellence and promote collaboration.
• Implement processes and strategies to translate
Latin's educational priorities into targeted facilities
improvements that support programmatic excellence.
• Create a continuous facilities master planning model
that preserves existing assets, augments current
resources, and explores new opportunities for
growth and innovation.
