FINANCIAL STRATEGY
• Increase cross-functional coordination in financial
decision-making in order to achieve more aligned and
impactful outcomes that reflect integrity and shared
accountability.
• Prioritize financial sustainability while maintaining
our firm commitment to excellence across the School.
• Analyze Latin donors' philanthropic propensity
and capacity to expand participation, strengthen
engagement, and drive greater contributions across
annual giving, endowment development, financial aid,
and targeted campaigns.
• Evaluate and explore opportunities to optimize and/or
expand Latin's revenue by auditing existing resources,
leveraging underutilized assets, and identifying
alternative income streams.
