CONCLUSION
Although the strategic plan was developed
under the leadership of the Board of Trustees
and school administration, it reflects the
thoughtful input of many members of our
school community. We are deeply grateful to
everyone who contributed to this important
process by completing a survey, participating
in feedback sessions, or sharing ideas through
meetings or email. Your perspectives were
essential in shaping a plan that honors our
shared commitment to educational excellence.
As we move from planning to action, the success
of this initiative will depend on the continued
collaboration and engagement of our entire
community. By working together, we can bring
this plan to life and ensure a bright future for
