UP FRONT Strategic Planning Survey: Confirming Latin's Values YOUR FEEDBACK Over the past few months, faculty, students, alumni and trustees have provided feedback in our process to identify Latin's core values – the timeless principles that guide all that we do and make us who we are. Confirming these values has provided the critical foundation of our strategic planning process. All of the action items of the plan will be aligned with them. In total, 758 students, parents, faculty, staff and alumni offered their thoughts about Latin's values, as well as their opinions on what makes Latin a great school.
