1995 night, as Rob Wellen was in attendance. And if that's not impressive enough, the Illinois Attorney General, Lisa Madigan '84, who is portrayed in the musical, also came to see the show. Lisa could not have been kinder or more generous with her time, and we shared an instant bond thanks to our Latin connection. I'm hopeful that she'll someday tap me for Lt. Governor, which would be an impressive feat for someone who struggled to get through Junior-Senior Math Review!" Jennifer Cizner Ben Horwich writes: "Amy Tovar and I were married on September 29, 2007 in San Francisco. We met in law school at Stanford, and one of our best friends from law school officiated for us. My sisters Diana '98, Eleanor '01, and Flannery '03 were my "groomsmaids" (see them in their fabulous dresses in the attached family photo). Then, along with welcoming President Obama into office on January 20, 2009, Amy and I welcomed our first child, Jackson Guillermo Horwich, who weighed in at 7 lbs. 7oz. and 20". As if embarking on parenthood weren't enough, we moved from San Francisco to Washington, DC, in March 2009, where I started as an assistant to the Solicitor General at the United States Department of Justice. My office represents the United States before the Supreme Court, and approves all appeals taken by the United States in lower courts – which makes for constantly interesting and exciting work. Gabe and Laurie Goodman, and their children Eli and Ariel, spent Thanksgiving in Seattle visiting Andy and Andrea Ross, and their daughter Jordan. Eli and Jordan loved riding the Washington State Ferry together. 1993 Emily Johnson Barton Richard and Beth Goldberg Heller celebrated the birth of Julian Moss Heller on October 2, 2008. Cam McKinney reports "Jen and I are very excited to announce our newest February addition: Oliver Schiller McKinney. Oliver tipped the scales at 8.25 lbs. Mom and baby boy are doing well." Pam Netzky and partner Ashley Hemphill Netzky welcomed son Landon Jacob into the world on January 26, 2009. They also have son Brody James who is 2 1⁄2 years old. Pam is opening her third Wells Street Popcorn store, which will be located in Lincoln Park. (See our new Marketplace section for details.) 1994 Page Evelyn Bazzani was born December 3, 2008 to Matt and Molly Campbell Bazzani '94 and brother Jack and sister Tess. 1 2 3 4 1 Flannery Horwich '03, Allan Horwich, Carolyn Horwich, Ben Horwich '95, Amy Tovar, Diana Horwich '98, Eleanor (Horwich) Moccari '01, Cameron Moccari (Eleanor's husband) at Ben and Amy's wedding in September 2007. 2 Richard and Beth Goldberg Heller '93 and their two sons. 3 Fred Sasaki '94 and son, August (4 years), take on Cricket Hill in Montrose Park, Chicago. 4 Ben Horwich '95 with wife, Amy Tovar, and new addition, Jackson.
