Bill Conway serves as a prosecutor for the Cook County State���s Attorney���s Office, handling public corruption and financial crime cases. After completing his Ph.D. in East Asian Languages & Literature at Yale University this past year, Lucas Klein became an assistant professor of Chinese, Translation & Linguistics at City University of Hong Kong in Kowloon. 1997 Katherine Decker Papadopoulos Marissa Gillman Eleannor Maajid Eleannor Eiland Maajid, her husband, Muhammad, and daughter Elise, who is in first grade at Latin, welcomed new addition Laila Maureen on July 3, 2010. Laila has brought a sense of completion and happiness to the entire family. Eleannor Maajid ���97 with her husband, Muhammad, and their daughters Elise and baby Laila. Congratulations to Dan Houlihan and Kassie Scherer Houlihan, who welcomed son Tighe Scherer Houlihan on January 31, 2011. 1999 Ian Richter ���95 hosted a group of upper school students at Dreamworks during the ���Arts Alive! West Coast��� Project Week in March. Jeanine Forloine Chiem Abigail Nelson Humphrey Jos Saldana Clara Fajardo has been working for the past six years in the field of clinical psychology. After graduating with a bachelor���s degree in literature from Bennington College, Clara spent four years serving as a counselor at the Austen Riggs Center in Stockbridge, MA. Delving into the world of psychological research, she spent one year as a lab manager at Penn State (University Park) and one year as a research assistant at The Children���s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP)/University of Pennsylvania (UPENN). This fall she will be entering a doctoral program in clinical psychology at the University of Denver. She has been awarded a University of Denver Dean���s Scholarship and is excited to start school this fall. She will be heading out to Denver with her boyfriend, Jamey, who will commence his doctoral studies at University of Colorado Boulder���s mechanical engineering department. Clara also is looking forward to connecting with Latin alumni in the Denver/Boulder area. Johannes Maliza and his wife, Abigail, Christina Davis, and Abigail Nelson Humphrey and her Johannes ���99 and Abigail Maliza, Christina Davis ���99, and Stephen and Abigail Nelson Humphrey ���99 enjoyed a minireunion in February. husband, Stephen, had a mini-reunion over Presidents Day weekend last spring.
