Endowed Scholarship Fund
For over 20 years, Linda Hennelly's warm smile greeted lower school students as they entered Latin's doors. She
created a lasting culture of growth and caring where students and faculty alike were encouraged to learn, question
and experiment. Whether in her role as French teacher, middle school director or lower school director, Ms.
Hennelly's compassion, wisdom, and legendary wit influenced and inspired generations of Latin students, faculty
and staff.
Created in 2008 to honor Ms. Hennelly's contributions as an educator, mentor, and friend, the Linda Hennelly Lower
School Endowed Scholarship Fund enables future generations of Romans to experience first-hand the nurturing,
innovative and dynamic lower school environment which Ms. Hennelly was instrumental in creating.
