Latin's Women in Washington:
From the hallowed halls
of the Capitol to the
agency- flanked streets
of Federal Triangle
to perhaps the most famous address in the country, 1600
Pennsylvania Avenue, Latin graduates are doing good work
in Washington, D.C. ree women – Julie Sarne '12, Chloe
Himmel '04 and Alexis Williams '04 – are making their
mark in the areas of communication, policy and journalism.
All are enthusiastic about making a difference in the nation's
capital and across the country.
In March, 16 current Latin students traveled to Washington as
part of Project Week and had the opportunity to meet with the
alumnae. ese young women, all successful in their respective
fields, embody what it means to be a Roman.
