Class Notes Marianne McDonald received her second festschrift (book or journal dedicated to her) on the occasion of her 80th birthday: Arion: A Journal of Humanities and the Classics, Winter 2017, published by Boston University. Her first was an Irish publication by Methuen publishing company, Rebel Women: Staging Greek Drama Today and included a panel in Ireland dedicated to her, with Seamus Heaney, recently deceased Nobel Prize winner. Margot Strauss Parke passed away on February 6, 2017 in San Francisco, where she had lived for 40 years. For the past several years, she also maintained an apartment in Chicago to be near her son Jason and his family, especially her grandchildren, whom she adored. In recent years, she attended several of her class reunions. We extend our condolences to Jason and his family, brother Ivan Strauss '51, and nephews Neil '87 and Todd '91. 1956 Peter Burrows Diana Karasik Levin Betsy McNally Ravenel passed away on December 20, 2016.
