Class

2016
officially
joined
the
Latin
Alumni
Association
on
June
6,
welcomed
by
President
Taylor
Cope
'01.
Faculty
speaker
Cara
Gallagher
challenged
the
soon-to-be
graduates
to
care
deeply
for
one
another,
remain
curious
and
open
to
new
learning
opportunities,
and
take
initiative
in
pursuing
their
passions
and
responsibility
for
their
actions.
Led
by
senior
class
representatives
Tara
Campbell,
Chris
Maurice,
Uriah
McKinney,
Anabel
Mendoza,
Jessica
Mora,
Natalie
Pontikes,
Wade
Pryor
and
Briana
Yang,
over
92
percent
of
the
class
made
five-year
pledges
to
support
the
Student
Experience
Fund
for
non-tuition
based
extra
costs,
in
honor
of
faculty
member
Ingrid
Dorer-Fitzpatrick.
They
also
honored
their
dean
of
three
years,
Pam
McCarthy,
with
a
Latin
hockey
jersey.
We
wish
the
class
well
as
they
head
on
to
college
and
gap
years!
