In February, more than 50 alumni joined Catherine
Olian '68, writer, producer and journalist; Michelle
Materre '71, associate professor of media studies and
film at The New School and independent media
consultant; Bill Horberg '76, independent film
producer; and moderator Susan Haskins-
Doloff '67 at Scandinavia House for a
discussion of the media and film industries.
Romans Away from Chicago
Spring break finds faculty and alumni across the
globe! Upper school teacher Betty Lark Ross met
up with Katie Dowling-Marcus '89 in Kyoto, Japan,
and middle school teacher Renie Dunn Finch
visited her daughter Molly '10, who is teaching
English in China. (Also pictured is Renie's sister.)
