IMAGINE YOUR LATIN LEGACY Our school's success today is largely thanks to the foresight and generosity of past generations. The 1888 Society celebrates those who have included Latin in their estate plans. Consider enhancing your Latin legacy through a planned gift as a way to further support our school and The Endowment Campaign for Latin. If you have already made Latin a part of your estate plans or future gift intentions or have an interest in making a planned endowment gift, please let us know so we can recognize you as part of the 1888 Society. Latin School is deeply grateful to the current 1888 Society members: Beginning in 1888 with a class of 10 boys, Latin School of Chicago has inspired and prepared generations of students to lead lives of purpose and excellence. One hundred and twenty-six years later, Latin continues to provide an exceptional educational experience in a community of talented students, faculty and alumni. 2000 Lindsay Hagan Brad Hanan Mili Marcetic Kelly Cameron Newton We enjoyed seeing the dedicated crew for our 15-year reunion in early October. Jackie Lustig Pilon and Kelly Cameron Newton missed the start of Romans Run but did their best speed walk with strollers to catch up on the second lap of the course. (Yes, it's the same course we did for fitness testing.) Sarah Samuels and Raleigh McClayton showed up to cheer on runners and the soccer team. At the cocktail party, Cassandra Burrows asked us what keeps us happy these days, while Brendan DuBois and Eric Rausch seemed thankful the event was so close to home. Many of us were surprised to learn that Michael Inlander is the proud father of two boys while he continues his high-profile work at the Treasury (movie deal pending) and runs into Yam Ki Chan regularly. We also learned that Alison Freidheim continues to stay active playing rugby here in Chicago. Jared Vegosen made an appearance to check out the new middle school. At the after party, Tony Williams read through our senior yearbook as if it were an encyclopedia, and Cam Oceguera introduced us to a state trooper friend in the event any of us ever get in trouble with the law. anks for the new memories! Meanwhile, congratulations to Anne Liggio who married Derrick Hess on October 3, 2015.
