roman connections 34 1936 BarBara "Squawck" Selz leBuS passed away on December 1, 2014. ough Barbara spent most of her life living across the pond, she maintained close ties to her Latin classmates, family and friends. She is missed. We extend our condolences to her children and grand- and great-grandchildren, as well as to her large contingent of Latin relatives, including the Block, Mayer, wood, StineMan and Baldwin families. 1942 ruth "rudy" Bennett Jordan died peacefully in New York City on March 8, 2014. Rudy served as a volunteer ambulance driver for the Red Cross Motor Corps in Chicago during World War II. She earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 1981 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1982 at the age of 57. Rudy was a direct descendant of omas Soule and Richard Warren of the Mayflower. She was also a champion bridge player, an optimist and an idealist, a person of great fortitude and original thought. We extend our condolences to her children, Jennifer Jordan McCall and William Winston Jordan, her grandchildren, sister Joan Bennett Gordon '44 and all of her family and friends. 1944 Grace Dodge Kirk Camille McDonald Weiss ann Finnerud Moyer passed away on October 31, 2014. She loved reading and corresponding with family and friends who lived throughout the world and enjoyed many hobbies and interests, especially raising and caring for many different kinds of animals. She was a dear woman, a truly grand lady and is missed by all who knew her. We extend our condolences to her sons, Clark, Oren and Alex, and all of her family and friends. 1954 Peter BurrowS '56 has recently been in touch with kenny FiScher and reports on his former teammate's doings. "Kenny is down in Florida at spring ball, scooping up those hot grounders as always! Kenny, it was terrific to see the old QB last fall, and I know you can still hit lee BerkSon '54 with that long bomb!
