Lauren Locke and Eric Hayduk welcomed son Campbell Alton Hayduk to their family on September 5, 2014. 1996 Lisa Lieberman Kaplan, Tiffany Madigan Chris Hall and his wife, Courtney, welcomed baby girl Aubrey Elin on April 30 at 12:03 p.m., 8 lbs. 4 oz. Big sister Anna is thrilled. Nathaniel and Amy Katz Loevy '96 welcomed son Jake Sidney Loevy on July 11, 2014. 1997 Marissa Gillman, Katharine Decker-Papadopoulos, Eleannor Eiland Maajid B.J. Epstein has a new book out: True North: Literary Translation in the Nordic Countries. Learn more in Marketplace. is spring, B.J. visited Latin, meeting with librarians and having lunch with students from e Cause to talk about the representation of gay and lesbians in media and literature. Annika Iltis writes: "After two-plus years of work, the documentary I co-directed and co-produced was recently accepted to have its world premiere at the Austin Film Festival in November." Learn more in Marketplace. 1999 Abigail Nelson Humphrey, Jeanine Forloine Chmiel, Jos SaldaƱa e Class of 1999 celebrated its 15th reunion this fall. We had a terrific time and can't wait to do it again in 2019. Sarah Cogswell and Ben Sinaiko welcomed baby Sophia Colette Sinaiko on August 31, 2014 at 5:19 p.m. She was 20 inches and 7 lbs. 1 oz. 2000 Lindsay Hagan, Brad Hanan, Mili Marcetic, Kelly Cameron Newton Save the date for our 15th reunion: October 2-4, 2015. Opened in March, Citrico features fresh authentic Mexican cuisine. Faculty member Betty Lark Ross dined there shortly after the opening and highly recommends a visit! See more in Marketplace. 2001 Jayna Athas, Elizabeth Johnson, Mark Wimbiscus-Yoon Lizzie Heroy Donnelly writes: "My husband, Mark Donnelly, and I are writing to share the news of the birth of our son: Hugh Terence Donnelly was born June 27, 2014. We look forward to introducing him at homecoming next year! Amanda Jee Yeung writes: "I can't believe this year will be 13 years since graduating! After law school and moving to the East Coast, last year we welcomed our daughter, Parker, to our family. Now we find ourselves moving from Pennsylvania to California! Seeing a group of Latin friends this past winter reminds me of how quickly time is flying by and I never imagined as a high school student one day we would be introducing our kids to each other!! It's amazing to have made such wonderful friends from the Latin community (some of whom I have know for over 25 years)! Even though we are all over the country now, meeting up always brings back the warm familiarity of comforting friendships. I look forward to more meet-ups and getting to meet other Latin babies!" 2002 Scott Bronner, Emily Hanan, Caroline Holst Rogers, David Smith Casey Brazeal married Nia O'Reilly Amandes on September 13, 2014. e ceremony and reception were held at the Pulaski Field House. Tom Fort and his band, Cobalt and the Hired Guns, played at Latinpalooza, Latin's final 125th anniversary celebration for students and faculty, this past May. It was amazing show enjoyed by students, faculty and staff! Emily Hanan has co-developed an app, CURATE, which allows users to visualize how any art will look on the walls of their home. Learn more in Marketplace. Carrie Holst Rogers brought her family by for a quick tour of the school while they were in town from Houston. Ari Silver writes, "Since coaching Latin's middle school girls volleyball team and last September's wedding to my wife, Ashley, we have moved into a house in Glencoe. We also welcomed our baby daughter, Emma Bayla, into the world at 5 lbs. 11 oz. on July 5, 2014! In addition to running my tutoring business, I'm now a third grade teacher at Sager Solomon Schechter Day School in Northbrook and loving it!" Romans reunite at the Class of '99's 15th reunion.
