1976 Tracey Rappaport Greenwood, Jeff Siegel From Tracey Rappaport Greenwood, class rep extraordinaire: "Hello, Class of '76! I'm including a photo of my family in this issue: Paul, Morgan and oldest daughter, Elyssa. Elyssa graduated at the top of her class in June. After much angst and trepidation about trying to decide which of 10 college admissions offers she would accept, she is now happily attending the University of Massachusetts - Amherst. She is in the Commonwealth Honors College and plans to study theater and animation. is feels like a huge accomplishment, and we are very proud of her. After sending one of my many persistent emails to my fellow alumni, I heard from Stuart Leigh, who is always full of compliments and is still living in the Boston area. Christie Stone Weiss is still enjoying her vice presidency at TTR Sotheby's International Realty in Washington, D.C. I also reconnected with our "honorary" classmate Karen Newbury who is actually listed as being in the Class of 1975, even though she spent the majority of her time at Latin, in OUR class. She decided to graduate early so now she isn't "officially" in our class any longer. However, in my book, she will always be a member of the Class of 1976. Karen writes that she is still a lawyer in Chicago. She is newly single and has spent time with several old Latin friends, including Jeanie Calenoff and Randy Greenberg. Patrick Howell wrote to say hello to all of his Latin friends. He is doing well. He enjoyed the summer and now is enjoying a little time off as fall approaches. Last May, he and his lovely wife, Kate, had a wonderful trip to Croatia. He highly recommends that part of the world. He is still flying with Delta Air Lines, out of New York, to some great cities in Europe. He finds it is difficult to believe he's been flying with Delta for 17 years already. However, it's a little more believable looking at the picture included (his words, not mine). Nearly a year ago, one of his flights took him to Stuttgart, Germany, where he had a great evening with classmate Dan Mason. Patrick sends his best to all of you and says "Happy trails." Kay Stuart Douglas has participated in some wonderful mission trips this year, to Haiti in July and to Rwanda and Burundi in September. e most adorable photo we have for our class this time around is of Brody, Martha Tedeschi's, 5-month-old grandson. Jeanie Calenoff, you have some great doodles out on social media. Maybe you could write a children's book? Stacey Holleb Potts has a new company in Lakewood, CO, Sapphire Properties. Gregg Garmisa just let me know that he ran into Bonnie Brown Flanzer on the Green Bay Trail while they were both running the weekend of May 17. It seems as if everyone is into running now; we are going to have to see how many we can get to take part in Romans Run during our 40th reunion in 2016!! (Editor's note: mark your calendar now for September 23-24, 2016!) anks to those that have written. I love hearing from all of you. Take care, and here's to a wonderful 2015. To contact me anytime, please write to: trgreenw@colby.edu All the best, Tracey." 41 L AT I N S C H O O L O F C H I C A G O Patrick Howell '76 and Dan Mason '76 toast in Stuttgart, Germany.
