FOSTER inclusion and belonging within the Latin community by developing
programming for purposeful relationship building and active participation
in school life.
INCLUSION & BELONGING
• Enhance and deepen understanding of major social
identities—ability, age, ethnicity, gender, race, religion,
sexual orientation, and socioeconomic status—to help
foster a safe, inclusive, and compassionate community
for everyone.
• Increase opportunities that nurture and cultivate
relationships within the Latin community to enrich
students' experiences and create enduring connections
to the School.
• Mitigate barriers to participation and expand access to
events, fostering a culture of inclusivity, active involvement,
and strong community engagement across the School.
• Prioritize events and programs that bring together
individuals across divisions, groups, and constituencies
to strengthen connections and foster a unified,
student-centered Latin community.
• Highlight the variety of successful outcomes that
students achieve at Latin and beyond by recognizing
and celebrating the Latin community's individual and
group accomplishments.
