Head of School Latin School of Chicago (Latin) invites nominations and applications for its next Head of School to succeed Randall Dunn. Joining Latin at a time of great momentum and reflection, Latin's Head of School will report to the Board of Trustees and work collaboratively with a dedicated community to lead Latin into the future. Bolstered by the clear vision and path outlined in the 2019 Strategic Design: Latin Leads, the next Head of School will have a foundation on which to grow and evolve the way Latin approaches learning, community engagement, advancement of our faculty and staff, and the thoughtful development of our learning spaces in order to ensure Latin's continued success as a leader among schools and a model for defining excellence in education for a changing world. The next Head will embrace the opportunity to build lasting connectivity within the community and cultivate positive, supportive, and trusting relationships with students, faculty, staff, families, alums, and trustees. The next Head of School will also progress the school's demonstrated commitments to diversity, equity, and inclusion, setting measurable goals and strategies that support an inclusive school-wide community culture.
