Kevin and Kirsten Ekdahl Hull welcomed their first child, Annika Ekdahl Hull, born September 22, 2009. "Annika would love to meet some of our Latin friends, so please visit us at our home in River West!" Kirsten is working in real estate development for Joseph Freed and Associates, where she is focused on mixed-use, urban infill and historic redevelopment. Marissa Gillman Eleannor Eiland Maajid Katharine Decker Papadopoulos B.J. Epstein received her Ph.D. in translation studies from Swansea University in Wales in the summer of 2009 and now is a lecturer in literature and translation at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England, as well as continuing her translation, writing and editing work. She edited a collection of essays on Nordic translation, Northern Lights, which was published in March 2009, and two books she translated will be published early in 2010. 1998 Hilary Schaefer Meyer obtained her MBA in marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. In August she began working full-time as an associate brand manager at Unilever's Englewood Cliffs, NJ office. She writes: "I will be reverse-commuting from Manhattan and look forward to catching up with fellow alumni in the area."
