Why should I give to the Latin Fund? We are proud of our high rate of parent participation, which sends a strong signal of our community's belief in the power of a Latin education. Since every student benefits from the Latin Fund, every family is expected to support this important school-wide effort each year by giving at a level that is meaningful to them before December 31. Last year we reached 84% parent involvement. Parent participation also helps generate additional support from foundations and other external organizations. 2018–2019 Budget Expenses 2018–2019 Budgeted Revenue How much should I give? Latin's fundraising events are a beloved tradition and have been central to the culture of philanthropy at our school for over 25 years. The new Romans Raise & Revel, embracing the traditions of Scholarship Dinner and Gala, will bring us together in a community celebration, with all proceeds directly supporting financial aid for Latin students. This year, the entire evening will be hosted at the school and will feature a cocktail reception, an inspiring program, food and entertainment. What is the Fidelitas Society? The Fidelitas Society recognizes the generosity of philanthropic leaders who donate at least $5,000 annually. To acknowledge their leadership, Fidelitas Society members are invited to a special recognition event in January.
