Why should I give to the Latin Fund? We are proud of our high rate of parent participation, which sends a strong signal of our community's belief in the power of a Latin education. Since every student benefits from the Latin Fund, every family is expected to support this important school-wide effort each year by giving at a level that is meaningful to them before December 31. Last year we reached 84% parent involvement. Parent participation also helps generate additional support from foundations and other external organizations. 2018–2019 Budget Expenses 2018–2019 Budgeted Revenue How much should I give? All gifts are greatly appreciated and collectively make a tremendous impact. We ask that you make Latin a philanthropic priority and give to Latin Fund as generously as you are able. How can I support Scholarship Gala? Individual sponsorship is a key element in the success of the Scholarship Gala and an important way of supporting Latin. Latin's fundraising events are a beloved tradition and have been central to the culture of philanthropy at our school for over 25 years. The new Scholarship Gala, embracing the traditions of Scholarship Dinner and Gala, will bring us together in a community celebration, with all proceeds directly supporting financial aid for Latin students. This year, the entire evening will be hosted at the school and will feature a cocktail reception, an inspiring program, food and entertainment. What is the Fidelitas Society? The Fidelitas Society recognizes the generosity of philanthropic leaders who donate at least $5,000 annually. To acknowledge their leadership, Fidelitas Society members are invited to a special recognition event in January.
