Early Childhood Play Garden
In 2019, Latin will add new learning spaces and resources for JK and SK students. The Early
Childhood Play Garden at 1547 N. Dearborn will serve as an extension of the classroom. Inspired
by Loris Malaguzzi's Reggio Emilia approach to early childhood education, the play garden will
introduce early STEM experiences that include exploratory learning, allowing students to be
curious within an independent and collaborative learning environment.
